A solutions-focused leader with a knack for efficiency, Ali Norman Miller manages BREAD projects with all the zeal and determination of a seasoned activities director. “I’m a former camp director, and that energy definitely shows up in my work,” Ali said. “I love working with the BREAD team and our clients to make every project successful and to have a little fun along the way.”

All throughout Ali’s college career, she worked as a director for Camp Ozark, a world-renowned Christian summer camp that welcomes over 7000 children each summer. Ali graduated from Mississippi State University, then moved to Houston, Texas, to work full-time for Camp Ozark and the Ozark Leadership Institute, where she served as a director. Ali’s experience with training and directing people, living out brand values, and recruiting others who can do the same translates well to her project management role at BREAD. “As a Hattiesburg native, I’m so thankful to be back in my hometown working with and for people I love and brands I believe in,” Ali said. “I’ve definitely seen how the right teams always produce the right results, so I’m dedicated to being the kind of team member my coworkers and clients can count on.”

Outside of BREAD, Ali enjoys Motown music, Mississippi State University sports, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and son, Drew.
