Lavon is BREAD’s Senior Director of Organizational Development & Executive Coaching. His 35+ years of leadership in nonprofit and educational settings have given him valuable insight into organizational structure and cultural health. Lavon holds certificates in conflict resolution and mediation from Cornell and Northwestern Universities and has completed professional leadership development courses through both Harvard University and The Disney Institute. He is an award-winning author and professional member of the National Speakers Association and the Forbes Coaches Council and is a certified leadership coach with the John Maxwell Team. Here at BREAD, Lavon works in brand implementation, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and culture development.
