INTERN

Desiree Rodriguez, BREAD’s newest intern, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record as a confident leader. Her journey to this point has seen her honing exceptional communication skills as an official ambassador and tour guide at USM. Additionally, her passion for art and branding flourished during her tenure as a marketing intern at the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. In this role, she not only contributed original artwork and designs to marketing materials but also played a pivotal role in shaping the museum’s store products.

As the Luckyday Advisory Board President, she successfully oversaw cohorts of up to 25 scholarship recipients, showcasing her ability to navigate and lead diverse teams. In her capacity as the Eagle Connection Vice President, Desiree further demonstrated her exceptional interpersonal skills by hosting numerous prospective students and their families.

Adding to her accomplishments, Desiree took on the challenging role of Assistant Director of Freshman Associates for Southern Miss’ SGA Cabinet. Her dedication and outstanding performance earned her recognition as a finalist for USM Outstanding Freshman of the Year, a CBED Eagle Scholar, Luckyday Scholar, and Bill Smith Marketing Scholar. Desiree’s dynamic and innovative approach to everything she encounters aligns seamlessly with BREAD’s values, and we look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly make within our organization and with our clients.
