BREAD’s Rylee Sherrer Wins 2025 Innova Prep Spelling Bee Fundraiser

Rylee Sherrer, Marketing Account Director at BREAD, was crowned champion of the Second Annual Innova Prep Spelling Bee Fundraiser, held Thursday, May 8, in Hattiesburg. Rylee outlasted 15 other Pine Belt professionals to claim the title, sealing the win by correctly spelling “unappreciative.” The annual fundraiser supports Innova Prep, a Hattiesburg school founded in 2021 to serve students who learn differently than traditional classroom models can, with proceeds going directly toward subsidizing student scholarships and expanding access to its specialized education programs. At the event, Innova Prep President Dr. Zach Murphy also unveiled plans for a new 25,000-square-foot facility that will allow the school to serve more Pine Belt families. BREAD is proud to support local education partners across the Hattiesburg community, and we’re especially proud of Rylee for representing the team with characteristic poise (and very good spelling).
