Dean Raynes believes videography is a way to hold onto things you can’t otherwise return to. As part of BREAD’s video team, he helps capture the stories, people, and visions our clients want preserved on film—the kinds of moments memory alone can’t quite carry. That orientation shows up in the texture of the work. Dean treats every shoot as a specific assignment, not just something scheduled.
His framing of the medium is direct: video lets you grab a moment in time you can’t get back. For him, that’s the whole point. Outside of his work at BREAD, he spends time on the water with his wife, Lindsey, and their two children.
