After more than a decade of creative leadership in Nashville, TN, Jeff Watson brings a story-driven, strategy-built approach to his role as BREAD’s Advertising Creative Lead. Jeff is responsible for building and architecting advertising campaigns for BREAD’s clients, translating strategic objectives into cohesive campaign platforms designed to move audiences and drive measurable results.

Once the campaign direction is established, Jeff leads and oversees the advertising creative team as they execute across all channels including digital, social, video, print, broadcast, and experiential, ensuring every touchpoint works together seamlessly. In close partnership with strategy and account leadership, he ensures each campaign is rooted in clear goals, aligned messaging, and a unified creative vision from concept to deployment.

Jeff’s background in creative writing and design fuels his ability to transform strategy into compelling narratives that resonate deeply with audiences. Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse industries including musical instruments, mortgage companies, global healthcare recruitment, property development, and wellness, developing a versatile perspective while maintaining a consistent focus on clarity, connection, and impact.
