Ron Mumbower, Ph.D
Dr. Ron Mumbower leads our Employee Development division. He works with communities and organizations to help in unifying their teams to develop strategies and goals for moving them forward. Dr. Mumbower uses psychology and therapy principles and methods to solve problems in the culture to improve the quality of life. He studies workplace productivity, management, and employee working styles. He collaborates with leadership and management to help plan processes, carry out screenings and training sessions, and develop a plan for the future.
Dr. Mumbower earned his master’s and doctorate degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been in practice for over 35 years. Dr. Mumbower is well-known for founding the Summit Counseling Center in Jackson, Mississippi. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four sons and grandchildren, as well as traveling the world to educate future therapists.
