Rylee Sherrer is a dynamic, results-driven marketing professional with a passion for storytelling and forging strong, enduring client relationships. A Hattiesburg native at heart, she brings over a decade of experience across diverse industries to her role as Marketing Account Director at BREAD. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi, Rylee has built a career defined by collaboration, creativity, and a relentless focus on client success.
Her professional journey reflects a natural evolution of expertise and leadership. Most recently, as a National Account Representative, she managed B2B relationships and streamlined operations across departments with precision. Prior to that, she honed her skills as a Senior Sales & Communication Specialist, where she oversaw client databases and trained teams to excel. Her career began as a Market Development Representative, managing accounts for over 500 clients—a role that laid the foundation for her knack for exceeding goals and fostering trust. This consistent ability to connect and deliver has earned her glowing relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Now at BREAD, Rylee seamlessly bridges the gap between clients and the agency, overseeing a portfolio of marketing projects with both precision and relational excellence. She ensures campaigns are executed flawlessly while nurturing long-term partnerships that drive success. A self-described “social chameleon,” Rylee’s 15+ years in customer-facing roles have sharpened her interpersonal skills, transforming her into an adept listener, a creative problem-solver, and a vital team member in every client’s world.
For Rylee, every individual and business has a unique story to tell, and she’s dedicated to bringing those stories to life. “Everyone has a special story,” she says, “and I love nothing more than collaborating with a team to turn ideas into reality for a soon-to-be flourishing business. I’m a firm believer that you’re constantly building your own brand, even in the most casual moments. My goal is to be present, intentional, and conscious in everything I do—building meaningful relationships, professional or otherwise.”
