Abigail Slocum Graduates from Leadership Pinebelt Class of 2025

Abigail Slocum, Advertising Strategy Lead at BREAD, has graduated from the Area Development Partnership’s Leadership Pinebelt Class of 2025. Established by the ADP in 1989 as “Leaders for a New Century,” Leadership Pinebelt is Greater Hattiesburg’s premier leadership development program. It is designed to train emerging and existing leaders across the Pine Belt region and serve as a catalyst for increasing diversity among future community leaders. Through the program, participants engage with civic, business, and community leaders throughout the Pine Belt, gaining the perspective and connections needed to drive meaningful local impact. Abigail joins fellow BREAD team members and Leadership Pinebelt alumni Haley Ford Harrison (2024), who was named the recipient of the Susan Walker Community Leadership Award, and Wes Brooks (2013), who currently serves on Leadership Pinebelt’s Steering Committee. Abigail leads advertising strategy across client campaigns for BREAD, bringing more than a decade of sales and marketing leadership to her work with businesses across Mississippi. Her graduation reflects BREAD’s continued investment in its team members and in the leadership pipeline, strengthening our community.
